LONDON ORIGINAL PRINT FAIR 2026

Printmaking is not a singular tradition or identity, but a field of possibility – one that invites connection, and new ways of seeing. Moments of Being, the show we are presenting at LOPF 2026. India Printmaker House bringing together the work of eleven diverse artists, the show considers the way landscapes can become emotional terrains, material conditions and sites of transformation, moving beyond what exists outside us to what moves us and flows through us – home, nostalgia, displacement, ecological anxiety, interior states, and inherited rhythms of making.
Printmaking, as a process, is central to this dialogue, from the tactile transformation of woodblock into print to repetitions that echo emotional cycles.

Benjamin Deakin

Calibrator, 2022

Pigment print on Hahnemuhle paper

43 x 51 cm

£ 700

Unique Print. Benjamin’s works speak to his enduring interest in landscape and mountains as subjects in art but which increasingly use windows and interior space to explore spatial possibilities in painting. He is interested in the ways in which people relate to landscapes culturally and the role that painting has played in forming these relationships. The use of pattern in these interiors is significant, representing to Deakin the interplay of visual ideas between cultures. Many of the patterns are derived from William Morris’ designs who Deakin sees as an example of a quintessentially British aesthetic which was strongly influenced by Asian and the middle eastern styles. Framed size, 50 x 58 cm for £ 900.
